2. Service Description

Mediator Store is an online store selling various products to customers in Morocco. The service is available to adults (18+) capable of entering into legal contracts.

3. Orders

3.1 Placing an Order

• You can browse products and add them to the cart without creating an account.
• When confirming the order, we ask for full name, phone number, and delivery address.
• Providing incorrect information may result in order cancellation.

3.2 Order Confirmation

After your confirmation, you will receive a call or Telegram/WhatsApp message to verify the details. The order becomes binding only after our confirmation.

4. Prices and Payment

• Prices are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include taxes where applicable.
• Cash on delivery only — we do not accept electronic payment.
• Prices may change without notice, but the final price is the one you saw at confirmation.

5. Delivery

• We deliver only within Morocco.
• Delivery time: 2 to 7 business days depending on the area.
• Delivery fees are calculated at order confirmation and shown on the invoice.
• Delays due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, holidays) do not entitle you to compensation.

7. User Obligations

By using the site, you agree to:

We may modify these terms at any time. Modifications are posted on this page with the date updated. Your continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.

12. Termination

We may suspend or interrupt the site temporarily for maintenance or any technical reason, without prior notice.
